PlAy DoUgH sAtUrDaY...

This weekend, Jade spent the weekend with us. Saturday afternoon, after getting my hair done, shopping and running kids all around town, we finally made it home. I had promised that we could pick up more Play - Doh. We stopped off at Wal-Mart and picked up another few containers of the gooey mess.

This weekend, Ashley and Megan got haircuts from our most favorite-ist hair dresser, Kacy Jo http://manysizesofjo.blogspot.com. Ashley decided it was time for a change and wanted a new look. She went from long to short. Cute cute cute! I love the cute bob on her. Megan, also got some hair taken off. I love the work our wonderful Kacy does. PS Congrats on the baby - girl to be.

The Rodeo Park

Today, was a nice spring-like Sunday. Jennifer and I took the kids to the "rodeo park". It's a park just west of our house. We took the girls to a rodeo last summer. The park is just next to where the rodeo was, hence the name "rodeo park".

Jen gave Noah his first ride in a swing. He had a blast. The sun was shining in his face and he was having a blast. I don't think he knew what it was at first. It took him a minute to figure it out. Once Jen tried to take him out of the swing, he wasn't having it.

Happy Birthday Dan and Ashley!!

Happy Belated Birthday Ashley! And Happy Birthday to my hubby of nearly 12 years, Dan. He is a wonderful husband and father. He is always the first person our family and friends turn to when they need something fixed, installed, repaired, figured out. . . You name it. He is the best thing that has come into our lives. Happy Birthday Dan, thanks for all you do and for always being there.

Your daughters and wife love you and appreciate you and wish you a happy happy 34th!!

Dan is 34 years old today and Ashley turned 7 on February 28th.

We had Ashley's party last weekend. It was a cowgirl theme. The girls' uncle JD brought his mare, Donkey over for the kids. They all had a ball riding the horse. Thanks again JD! The horse was a surprise to the birthday girl. All the kids came in their cowboy/cowgirl apparel.

The party was a hit! Thanks to everyone for coming and making Ashley's 7th birthday a hit!
