It's almost moving day...

Things have been a little bit crazy around here. We are getting ready to move out of our home of 10 + years and have been packing, packing, and oh yeah, more packing. Here are some pictures of our craziness that we have been enduring for the past few weeks (and 2 more to go)...



Megan's room (or what is left of it... )

Although, packing and moving have better utter chaos, it's also been kind of fun to involve the kids in sorting their toys to yard sale piles, give away piles and packing piles. Ashley helped me yesterday by writing on the boxes as to what was being packed away in her room.

Here are some pictures I took while packing in Megan's room yesterday. I left a few toys out for the kids since we still have about two weeks til moving day. Megan wanted some dishes, her toy table and chairs and some stuffed animals. Ashley wanted cars left out.

We have to be out of our house by May 30th. We are hoping to close on the new house in Hooper by the 27th or 28th and be moved in bt the 30th. I am working on getting some pictures of the new house put up, but only have some showing construction shots...

This first picture is of the new kitchen. It's getting close to being finished. This picture was taken with a camera phone so it's not great. We are heading out to the house today to see the progress.
