Ashley started school a few weeks ago. She is loving first grade. I am really behind on scrapping and have only now done a page with her first day of school picture. It was such a fun morning. She was really nervous. Being at school all day took a really big toll on her for the first few days, but she is doing better.
She'd come from school totally wiped out and pass out on the couch to sleep for several hours. But now, she seems to have adjusted just fine.
She loves school and her teacher. She is such a super - smart little girl. She loves to learn and read. I love watching get excited to go to school.

Imagine the naps a first grade teacher needs after the first few days of school.
How fun for her. I miss the beginning of school. I still crave a fresh box of crayons every august...Oh and a new wardrobe!
How cute is she...I can't wait for school to start for my kids, the 25th of Aug. I think it will be quiet here. I do have to go and buy all new wardrobes tomorrow for two girls and shop with the crazy people out there ahhhhhh....But you do a really great job on scrap booking, I still need to get better on it.
I blubbered like an idiot the first day JD went to school,, hope you held it together better than me!
