The Pizza Pocket Chef ~

Tonight, we had pizza pockets for dinner. This is one of the girls favorite dinners. Ashley has become a pro at making these for us. She rolls out biscuit dough on a cutting board and lays the flattened dough on a cookie sheet. Megan and I then fill them up with tomato sauce, cheese and all of our favorite pizza toppings. Once they are filled, they are closed up into a pizza pocket and baked til done.

These are some pictures I took of my little chefs making dinner. Ashley gets really into it and gets flour EVERYWHERE, but it is fun to watch her get excited about making dinner.

The men - folk (Dan, JD and Jason) are in Sturgis this weekend, so it's just me and the grills. We are trying to take advantage of our man - free weekend. :)

This is another page I scrapped tonight with some more of the free downloads I have been finding. I am trying to get a bunch of pages done so I can have a reason to get them all printed, but find that one page is taking me all night to do. I am too picky and cannot get the right look I want from the first try. I have to cut and paste and re-do this and change that... well, you get the idea. I will just have to quit being so damned picky. . .

I love your page. The girls look like they love to bake with you. What fun! I haven't tried pizza pockets yet but maybe I'll try it now.
